Acts 1:8 (NIV)"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Joel 2:28 (NIV)"And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.Your sons and daughters will prophesy,your old men will dream dreams,your young men will see visions.
Victory Over Death and Unforeseen Plots
(Psalm 91, Isaiah 38:18)
Glory to Jesus family!! Our God is good!!
After a great start yesterday, we press on with great anticipation on Day 2 of our NPF journey!! As we maintain our focus, our expectations will not be cut short in Jesus name.
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?” - Isaiah 58:6 NKJV
Today we are assured of victory and deliverance from every evil arrow, pestilence, scheme or plan of the enemy in Jesus name! The enemy may prepare weapons against us but they can never come near us or overcome us according to the Word of God (Psalm 91). Untimely death will never be our portion in Jesus name!
Prayer points:
Thanksgiving and praise - Offer thanks and praise to the Lord for His divine protection and wondrous works Psalm 91:4, 1 Chronicles 16:8-12
To cancel premature death and hazards (Isaiah 38:18) - No evil plans scheduled against us shall prosper IJN!
Break traps - at work, family, or the nation. (Psalm 124:7)
Declare Psalm 91 over your life. (Psalm 91:1-16)
For Preservation of your household - May the Lord maintain His hedge of protection round about us and everything connected to us in Jesus Name! (Job 1:10)
In these 14 days, the Lord will visit us again with His signs and wonders! He will pour out His Spirit in an unusual measure upon all who are hungry and thirsty.
So:
Don’t exempt yourself!!
Engage and be expectant
Be fervent and avoid distractions!
Avoid offences and release forgiveness easily.
