Introduction
Hello Church, welcome to Day 14 of our fasting and prayers. We thank God for His grace and sustaining power over us through this journey. Today we are entering another important dimension of reliving the Pentecost experience—the influence of believers upon society.
Church, God did not save us only to sit within the four walls of the church. He saved us to become salt and light in every sphere of influence. The Pentecost experience was never intended only for church services; it was intended to transform cities, systems, and nations.
As we approach the summer season, we are prophetically praying to access the gates of summer through divine influence. We want to see believers rising and occupying every sphere of society.
We need believers in:
* Government and Parliament
* Education and universities
* Healthcare and hospitals
* Media and journalism
* Business and entrepreneurship
* Technology and innovation
* Arts and culture
* Community leadership
Church, many European nations were originally shaped by Christian values and principles. During and after the Protestant Reformation, reformers emphasized that work itself was a calling from God, and values such as discipline, stewardship, diligence, education, and responsibility influenced communities and institutions. Many regions saw expansion in education and industry because believers viewed work not merely as employment, but as service unto God. Studies and historical analysis later associated these values with increased education and economic development in parts of Northern Europe.
The principle behind this was simple: ordinary work done for God’s glory creates extraordinary impact. The idea of vocation or “calling” encouraged people to serve faithfully in every area of life.
Church, we should not kill our vision because of marriage, children, responsibilities, or present circumstances. Family is a blessing from God, but God also places purpose inside us. There is still more that God wants believers to accomplish.
Deborah was a leader. Daniel served in government. Joseph led in national administration. Esther influenced a kingdom. Lydia operated in business. Paul impacted regions.
There is still room for believers to rise.
Today we pray that the Holy Spirit will raise kingdom influencers among us who will shape nations for Christ.
Now let us go into the prayer points.
