Dear Lord Jesus, we thank You for this moment to deep dive into our devotion today. As our devotion explores the theme Unleashed to Save a Never-Dying Soul, we pray that it shall not just be something we read, but something we practically live out. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

👋🏽 Hello Church!

I am super, super excited to start this week by refreshing our focus on the theme:

Unleashed to Save a Never-Dying Soul.

Now, this doesn’t mean we’ve paused our usual Bible readings or epistle reflections. But today, we are taking a special moment to go deeper—to understand what this theme truly means and how we live it out as Spirit-led believers.

🧍🏽‍♂️ Understanding the Human Composition

As I always teach at discipleship classes, in Secret Place, and in our FCC gatherings, human beings are made up of three parts:

• Spirit

• Soul

• Body

Let’s break this down with the help of Scripture.

💨 1. The Spirit – Divine Life from God

The spirit is the God-breathed life that makes man a living being. It connects us with God and returns to Him after death.

Can you open your Bible, read these verses, and highlight them?

• Genesis 2:7 – God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.

• Ecclesiastes 12:7 – The spirit returns to God who gave it.

• Proverbs 20:27 – The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths of his heart.

Without the spirit, we are spiritually dead—disconnected from our source. That’s why Jesus said, “You must be born again.” (John 3:6)

🧠 2. The Soul – The Real You

The soul is your will, emotions, intellect, and personality. It is the eternal part of you that lives forever—either in God’s presence or separated from Him.

Can you open your Bible, read these verses, and highlight them?

• Mark 8:36 – What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?

• Psalm 42:2 – My soul thirsts for God, for the living God…

• Ezekiel 18:20 – The soul who sins shall die…

Your soul is the object of God’s love and the target of Satan’s schemes. This is why soul-winning is heaven’s highest priority.

🧍🏾 3. The Body – Earthly Vessel

The body is the physical house where your soul and spirit dwell. It allows you to function in the earthly realm.

Can you open your Bible, read these verses, and highlight them?

• 1 Corinthians 6:19 – Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit…

• Genesis 3:19 – Dust you are, and to dust you shall return.

• Psalm 104:29 – When You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.

The moment God takes away breath, the body fails. It has no eternal value apart from how it served God’s purposes on earth.

💡 Why Must the Church Be Unleashed?

1. Because souls are never dying.

Can you open your Bible, read these verses, and highlight them?

• Hebrews 9:27 – It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.

• Matthew 25:46 – These will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

There is no reincarnation, and no second chance after death. Eternity is irreversible.

2. Because God needs vessels on earth.

Can you open your Bible, read this verse, and highlight it.

• Genesis 1:26 – Let Us make man in Our image… and let them have dominion over the earth.

God’s power flows through human obedience. That’s why even Jesus had to take on flesh. God uses men to reach men.

3. Because we are accountable.

Can you open your Bible, read these verses, and highlight them.

• Ezekiel 3:18 – If you do not warn the wicked… his blood I will require at your hand.

• James 5:20 – He who turns a sinner from the error of his way saves a soul from death and covers a multitude of sins.

The souls around you are your responsibility. When we remain silent, we become part of their destruction- Rev Joseph

🗣️ FCC’s Vision Is Souls

FCC was not founded for comfort, crowds, or clout. It was birthed as a soul-saving center—a Kingdom rescue base.

All our teachings, programs, and gatherings must feed into this purpose.

FCC exists so the heartbeat of Christ—missions, evangelism, and salvation—can beat loudly in our generation.

🙏🏽 Closing Prayer

Lord, thank You for creating me in Your image. Help me to live with eternity in mind. Make me a vessel—spirit, soul, and body—for Your glory and the salvation of others. Unleash me to save a never-dying soul. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
