Devotion by Reverend Joseph Antwi
Theme: Breaking and Exposing Dark Agendas
Focus Scriptures: Numbers 23:8 | Isaiah 8:10 | Psalm 2:1–6

Devotional Reflection
Whenever God begins to move in power, there is always resistance. Darkness seeks to counteract light; evil agendas attempt to frustrate divine purpose. Yet the Word of God assures us that no power can overturn His decree.
When Balaam sought to curse Israel, God overruled his intent and turned his curse into a blessing. He was forced to declare:
“How shall I curse whom God has not cursed? Or how shall I denounce whom the Lord has not denounced?” — Numbers 23:8 (NKJV)
God’s people cannot be cursed because His purpose stands above every human or demonic manipulation. Isaiah reaffirmed this when he wrote:
“Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted; propose your plan, but it will not stand, for God is with us.” — Isaiah 8:10 (NIV)
Today, as we fast and pray, we align our hearts with this truth: God’s counsel concerning our lives, families, and nations cannot be annulled. Every dark agenda—whether operating through systems, alliances, or unseen forces—must be exposed and broken. The sovereignty of God will prevail over every scheme of man.
Psalm 2 reveals that the nations may rage and rulers may conspire against the Lord, but He sits enthroned in the heavens and laughs. His authority is unshakable. Our role is to stand in the gap, declaring His Word until His purpose is fully established.
