Day 2– Thursday, 26th June

Topic - Gate of Restoration & Healing

Glory to God for bringing us to Day 2 of our fast!!!

Peter in closing out his first letter to the church, had this to say;

“After you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

And so while we entered the outer courts through the “Gate” of Praise and Thanksgiving on Day 1, the Lord is taking us deeper on Day 2 of our fast. Deeper into His inner sanctuary and to a place of Restoration and Healing.

So, no matter your experience this first 6 months of 2025, I encourage you to look up and to hold on a little longer and more tightly to your faith as you walk through the gates of Restoration and healing today.

And get ready because you CANNOT fail and your long awaited change is here!!

Instead of your shame, the Lord is bringing you double honour; And instead of confusion you shall rejoice in your portion. In the land where the Lord has planted you, you shall possess double and everlasting joy shall be yours, says the Lord of Hosts. “For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery for burnt offering; I will direct their work in truth, And will make with them an everlasting covenant.” Isaiah‬ ‭61‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

In summary dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, stay expectant because your Heavenly Father and your Lord is preparing something special for you in this new season.

Prayer

• Pray for revival in FCC branches and ministries. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

• Intercede for members struggling spiritually or facing trials. (Galatians 6:1)

• Ask God to raise spiritual Nehemiahs to rebuild broken walls. (Nehemiah 2:17–18)

• Declare healing of divisions, restoration of unity in the church family. (Psalm 147:3)

• Pray for wisdom, focus, and encouragement for Pastor and family, all officers, and leadership of FCC and LCC. (Isaiah 41:10)

• Declare that no evil report shall arise before, on, or after 11th July. (Psalm 91:10)

  
  

  Youth Baptism Focus:

• Pray that the youth and all preparing for baptism receive inner healing and empowerment to live holy lives. (2 Corinthians 5:17, John 1:12)

  
  

  Global Intercession:

• Cover travellers and students with divine protection during this summer. (Proverbs 3:23–24)

• Pray against schemes of darkness at summer gates — trafficking, violence, deception. (Ephesians 6:12)

• Intercede for Israel and expose those plotting against her. (Zechariah 2:8, Psalm 83:1–5)

• Ask God to help His Church be spiritually vigilant and ready for the Antichrist’s deception. (2 Timothy 4:2, Matthew 25:1–13)
