Theme: Partnering With God to Finish the Year Strong

Focus Scriptures: Philippians 1:5; Psalm 65:11; Isaiah 46:10; Deuteronomy 8:18; Malachi 3:10

December is a spiritual gateway—the final month of the year where the gates of opportunity, provision, and destiny are open. How we engage these gates determines how we finish the year. God calls us to partner with Him—through prayer, fasting, and faithful giving—to see breakthroughs in our personal lives, businesses, ministries, and nations.

Fasting is more than abstaining from food. It is a spiritual discipline that aligns our hearts with God’s purposes (Isaiah 58:6–7). It sharpens our focus, opens our ears to God’s instructions, and positions us to claim the victories He has prepared.

Breaking Poverty Mindsets:

Often, the church is limited by the belief that financial dominion is not possible. Today, we declare freedom from every poverty mindset that restricts our inheritance as citizens of God’s kingdom. We claim the full Abrahamic blessings—spiritual and financial (Genesis 12:2–3; Deuteronomy 28:1–12).

Kingdom Giving and Love:

Our theme of this fast aligns with the December theme: “Unleashed to Love.” We give out of love, and we receive out of obedience (2 Corinthians 9:6–8). Just as Joseph of Arimathea, a wealthy man, gave his tomb for Jesus’ burial (Matthew 27:57–60), we are called to invest our resources in God’s kingdom. It is God who gives us the power to create wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18), and He honors faithful stewardship.

I believe with all my heart that God willing, many of our members will begin walking in divine abundance, seeing open doors, fresh ideas, and booming resources. We have experienced the spiritual blessings of our church; it is now time to enter into the financial blessings, fully aligned with God’s kingdom purpose.

Key Principle: Engaging in prayer, fasting, and kingdom giving positions you to finish the year with favor, spiritual impact, and financial blessing.
